Rental Terms & Fees

For a smooth rental experience, please review the terms below before you book.

Before You Book

The rules on age, licence, deposit, insurance, payment and cancellation are listed below.

Minimum age

21. Large-displacement motorcycles (for example the BMW GS series) require riders aged 25 or over with a full A licence.

Licence

B for the 50 cc scooter, A1 up to 125 cc, A2 for maxi scooters up to 400 cc and the 250 cc manual models, A for large motorcycles. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, an International Driving Permit is also required.

Security deposit

Taken at pickup: €150 for scooters, €300 for manual motorcycles, €500 for adventure bikes and €700 for premium large-displacement bikes. It is refunded in full when the motorcycle is returned in the agreed condition. It is separate from the online prepayment.

Insurance

The rental price includes compulsory third-party liability insurance only: damage to other vehicles and injury to third parties. Damage to or theft of the rented motorcycle is not covered. Comprehensive cover is optional and costs €15 per day.

Payment

20% prepayment when you book, the rest at pickup. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup time, the prepayment is refunded in full. For later cancellations and no-shows the prepayment is not refunded. Refunds go back to the card used, via iyzico, and can take 3-14 business days to appear.

Important Information

For added security, we recommend keeping the motorcycle in a closed/covered car park at night.
Only the customer who rented the motorcycle may ride it.
You must lock the steering every time you park the motorcycle.
Daily distance limit: 150 km for 50–500 cc motorcycles, 200 km for 600–900 cc, and 250 km for 1000 cc and above.
Road/toll charges (bridges, highways) are paid automatically; you pay the amount used when you return to the office.
The rental period is 24 hours. For any delay, an overage fee of ₺350 applies for each hour.
The customer is responsible for the motorcycle and all equipment.
The airport delivery/return fee is €60 one-way (each direction is charged separately).
For delivery to a custom address, the delivery/transfer fee varies by distance; the exact amount is confirmed via WhatsApp.

Amounts in lira and in euro

The loss and damage fees on this page and the hourly late fee are set in Turkish lira. The security deposit, comprehensive insurance and the airport delivery fee are set in euro and are shown in euro in every language. The daily rental price is shown in lira on the Turkish pages and in euro in the other languages, and online payment is taken in that currency.
