For hotels outside the city, a flat delivery fee applies based on distance (typically 20-40 EUR). We hand the motorcycle over to you in person at your hotel lobby, walk you through the controls, and make sure you are comfortable before you ride. No impersonal car-park drop-offs.

Absolutely. Most of our customers rent for several days or weeks. The minimum rental period is 1 day. Weekly rentals (7+ days) receive a 10% discount automatically. Monthly rentals (30+ days) receive a 20% discount. The longer you ride, the less you pay per day. You can also extend your rental mid-trip by sending us a WhatsApp message — we will confirm availability and adjust your invoice.

Yes, compulsory third-party liability insurance (traffic insurance) is included in every rental at no extra cost. This covers damage to other vehicles and third-party injury. Full comprehensive coverage (covering damage to the rental bike, theft, and personal accident) is available for an additional €15/day.

The standard compulsory insurance does not cover: damage to the rental motorcycle itself, theft of the motorcycle, tyre punctures, damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs, damage from racing or off-road use, and damage from wilful negligence. Full coverage is available at €15/day to protect against most of these situations.

Mechanical failures on our well-maintained fleet are rare, but we provide 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Turkey. If the motorcycle develops a mechanical fault (not caused by the rider), we will arrange a replacement or full refund for any lost rental days. Tyre punctures are the responsibility of the renter.

Yes, we offer airport pickup and delivery for €30 from both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Share your flight number when booking and we will track your arrival and wait for you at the arrivals hall — even if your flight is delayed. We are available 7 days a week for airport transfers.

Yes, one-way rentals between our Istanbul and Antalya offices are available. Drop-off at locations around Istanbul (Şile, Sapanca, Yalova) can also be arranged for an additional delivery fee. Please contact us when booking to confirm availability and pricing.

Our Istanbul office is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Sundays. For airport pickup/delivery, we work outside these hours by prior arrangement. Our WhatsApp support (+90 505 123 71 11) operates 24/7 for any urgent queries during your rental.

A security deposit is required for first-time rentals. The amount varies by motorcycle category: €150 for scooters, €300 for manual motorcycles, €500 for adventure bikes, and €700 for premium large-displacement bikes. The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the motorcycle in the agreed condition.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY), and bank transfer for advance bookings. Online reservation requests require no advance payment — payment is made on pickup day.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are completely free of charge. Cancellations between 24-48 hours before pickup incur a charge of 50% of the first day's rental. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged one full day's rental.

We understand that travel disruptions happen. If your flight is delayed, simply send us a WhatsApp message and we will adjust your pickup time at no charge. In cases of flight cancellation, we treat the situation as a free cancellation regardless of notice period — just let us know as soon as possible.
