The Yamaha XMAX 400 is the most powerful scooter we offer on an A2 licence. It is stable at motorway speed, and its long seat and generous storage make long distances comfortable.

Routes of 130 to 150 km one way, such as Istanbul to Sapanca or Istanbul to İznik, suit this model. In the city it stays as agile as the 250cc XMAX.

Compulsory traffic insurance and a helmet are included in the rental; the deposit taken at pickup is €150. For long weekends two-up with a top case, this is the scooter we recommend most often.

Can I ride the XMAX 400 on an A2 licence?

Yes. The power output of the XMAX 400 is within A2 limits, so it can be ridden on an A2 licence. A full A licence is not required.

Is the daily limit of 150 km enough for a trip to Sapanca?

The round trip is about 280 km, which exceeds the daily limit of 150 km; each extra kilometre is charged at €0.15. On multi-day rentals the daily limits are added together.
